JC Group is proud to announce that Jose
Carlos (pictured right), manager of JC Group, completed the
intensive seminar February 5, 2002.
The objective was to learn the
necessary skills to properly design, install and maintain
Nightscaping material.
Pictured left is William J. Locklin (Bill) - President of
Nightscaping.
Bill Locklin invented low-voltage landscape lighting over
50 years ago and coined his lighting motto:
"See the effect and not the source."
